So i think i need to update more often. I finished my Art Foundation course last week and got my results - a distinction! Which means i will be off at university in October and won't have to become a poor artist hanging around for a year in uni-limbo. So yet again, if anyone who is interested in commission work please feel free to send me an e-mail, i will have plenty of time to make a real start at some new pieces.

I have the worst art block at the moment... all the ideas, just whenever i pick up a paint brush i seem to end up throwing away whatever i have created within a few hours. Just finding it a bit difficult to produce anything in a style that im satisfied with. I have however done loads and loads of sketchbook drawings, so maybe i'll upload them.

I also may be in a group exhibition over the summer, emphasis on the maybe. Although i don't really want to start work at the moment and ruin any canvases is it me or have art materials got super expensive all of a sudden?
I think maybe i need to backtrack a bit and do some more drawing, although i always feel its better, if not more professional to have paintings in an exhibition rather than drawings? Maybe its just my more fine art upbringing or something, but i always feel people are more interested in painted canvases than a drawing in a frame. Anyone get me?

I'll leave it there, if a forgot to mention anything (which i think i have) then i'll edit it later.
